You'll have to use TrendMicro's "HOUSE CALL" online virus software. Those programs will not allow new AV/Malware programs to be installed on your computer. The browser hijacker in the system doctor program will block you from going to TrendMicros' website and then clicking through to the online AV program. You can go directly though... use this link:

Run both Ad-aware Peronal Edition ( http://www.lavasoftusa.com ) and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/) to remove any spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Then go to microsoft.com and download Defender to protect against future infections.

From there, get:

Ad-Aware SE Personal
AVG Anti Virus
Spybot Search and Destroy

Scan your computer with one at a time. Yes, it is 100% safe.

What are those? If they are malware, get a good antispywarea nd remove them. I have no idea what those things are, though.
