once again the poor joe public has been ripped off by business
now these poor people have been ripped off by this company that has clearly been fraudilent in its activities by continueing to trade and using money given to them in trust for goods and services not received and they have used it for other means
The Questions are
What was the money given in trust spent on
Who authorized the payments
Who was in charge of the financial side
Where is the money now
I bet those that were in charge will still have a merry christmas
THESE People need to be held accountable to set an example to others so it wont happen again
DO YOU AGREE

Thats exactly what i think. Ive lost 350 and im furious. that was my money, and they've just stolen it. People keep saying, it cant be helped, and theres not much hope of getting your money back, but why, were has it gone, and how dare they take my money, knowing that they'd never be able to deliver?? I cant stand the injustice of it. They say theres not enough money left to pay us back in full, but they should, even if it takes years, its our money, and we should get it all back 1 way or another. peole like me who save for xmas, we do it because we cant afford to buy presents all at once, its not fair, and im so frustrated!!!!

I think most of us realise that it is always the most vulnerable in society that suffer!Wherever you go it's always those that can least afford, always pay the most. Take a look at interests paid on loans charged by the likes of Shopacheck, Provident, Companion etc,it's a rip off.So when it comes to these Hamper companies you only have to look at the contents and realise that most of what is supplied will be in the back of your cupboard for years to come. The big store like Tesco, Farmfoods, etc. provide stamps to collect and even give a bonus i.e. 24 stamps get 1 free and YOU get to buy exactly what you want without the inflated prices.

i am with you 100% on this and they had trading standards to answer to. last xmas my sister was paying through an agent bearing in mind my sister is a single parent on income support so she thought that she would get her hampers sorted out so that would be one less worry at least she could give her 2 young kids a nice xmas dinner WRONG!! they cancelled it 4 days before xmas she had to come stay with me for dinner. it turns out that the agent was 1 day late in making the final payment so they autamatically cancelled it the b******** and she only got a partial refund the following march AVOID this company they even said they lost the damn hamper

There was another case just like this in the early 80's.
It was a scandal then, obviously as far as business law goes, no lessons have been learned.
