Hey, calm down there. Relax..
Take a deep breath. Everything may not be looking good from where you're at but so far, I'm pretty sure that there are some things you're glad about and I'm sure it isn't all bad.
Everytime you're faced with a problem, slow down and organize your thoughts. If you don't have an immediate deadline, think the whole situation through. Come up with a list of possible solutions, then decide on the most effective. You will have opportunity costs for every choice, but decide on a solution that will give you an effect as close as possible to your desired result. Tackle one thing at a time. Once you solve one, pat yourself on the back and move to the next. Remember to give yourself a breather. Everything will hit you all at once, but calm down and start chipping away your worries from the most basic and work your way up.
Take some time out alone. Do some things you enjoy. Always give yourself space to gather your thoughts. Make sure you rest, sleep is very important. Do something to make you feel good especially when you've achieved something important to you no matter how small. Reward yourself by buying yourself that favourite CD or eating out sometimes. It doesn't matter what others think, what matters is what you think about it.
If you feel like it, pray. Talking to God is like bouncing an idea with a trustworthy friend. He will show you something better if you take the time to be silent and listen. Be still and know that He is God.
Lastly, please move around carefully. Don't want you to hurt yourself okay? Stating the obvious but if your body is in good condition, you are better suited to facing your problems with a healthy mind. Try not to dwell on your problems. Worrying doesn't help much by way of solving.

If you're really in a very bad place, reach out and get some help. We're social animals and many of our ills can be treated by getting close to others. If it's worse than that look into some counseling. There's no reason to be in such a bad place these days. There are too many ways to get out of it.

Well you need to sit yourself down and have a 10min meditation treat. Think of where you would like to be and picture happy things around you. Then count to 10 and start the day off again feeling relaxed and positive.

You're focusing on the negative! Look at all the good - you have food to eat, a warm place to sleep, decent clothes to wear, etc. etc. You have far more than many in the world will attain in their lifetime both in material things and knowledge!
