if you were limited to american manufactured automotive products prior to1970,and was building a "hot rod",unlimited resorces, what and how would you do part, assembly, bodywork, ect?

I would do a retro modification of a 1969 Chevy Camaro Now there are reproduction bodys fenders so you do not have to spend years rust repairing. Go with a 500 cubic inch crate motor and Tremic 6 speed transmission and 340 rear axle ratio and get gas mileage too. My classic car dot com web site for vendors.
