i have try to set the memory higher but i cant convert gb to mb. on my c drive i have used space 19.2gb and free space 125gb and capacity 144gb could someone tell me what to do step by step?
i would be grateful if i had some help with this. thank you.

Use the "Let Windows Manage yout Virtual Memory Feature". You should never manually set numbers in the vitual memory unless you are in a situation where you are very limited in hard drive space or want to force Windows to a larger then normal swap file. As you have lots and lots of free space, you should not be setting numbers for it.

When you set numbers, you limit Windows ability to resize the virtual memory is needed. It can slow the PC and case other problems. Best to let Windows manage it.

To convert between mb and gb, you just move the decimal point three places and it is close enough. 1000mb is 1 gb. 4,356mb would be about 4.356gb. Pretty simple.
