Hmmmm, I would think you could call the police. I know if a man and women who were living together get into a fight, the police will come and make sure you get your stuff.

I'd call the police station, tell them what happened, and ask if they will go with you to the house to get your stuff. They may do it.

If you earned the money outside the home that was used to purchase these items, you have a legal claim to them. If your parents purchased the items, they may only have loaned them to you while you occupied their home, and they are entitled to keep them.

If you purchased the items, ask for them back and if they refuse, consult the police.

Unless you have receipts proving you bought and paid for the items, you're pretty much screwed, if you're talking about TVs, games, computers, stereos and that kind of 'personal belongings'.

If you are a minor, the difficulty is whether they are "your" things or theirs, since they probably have paid for them. If they bought your bed, dresser, cellphone, whatever, it really always was theirs.

If they are uncooperative (and won't return the property), you would probably have to sue them through your guardian.
