ok.here's the problem.there's this guy in school.he's kind of like my best guy friend (only known him for like 2 months but we turned out to be really good friends)& he has a gf who is my friend too.( we three are of the same nationality).he's a really nice guy with great manners & very polite too.well,the thing is that he sometimes does wierd things.like annoying me(i do that too) hanging out with me etc. & he ALWAYS knows when i'm feeling down & trys to cheer me up in the best way he can,calling me up to make me laugh(even though he says he's not good at that)& when i'm a bit silent,he gets soo concerned(i'm a really hyper,fun person by nature)& asks me what's wrong.plus he calls me 'baby' in our language.(i'm not sure if this is normal cos i'm the only girl in our nationality except for his gf)so,this is my question,
is he trying to be more than a good friend or just flirting(he really does love his gf & is a very nice guy)is there any inner motive that i'm unaware of?thanks al

If as you say he loves his girlfriend I think he just sees you as a very good friend and feels very close to you but nothing else. He seems like a very sensitive, perceptive guy who just knows you very well and cares about you and this may be what is confusing you. You need to try and see if he keeps things like that or if he tries to get a bit more physical with you or starts sepnding more time with you than with his gf. And think about how you feel about him as well, because if it's you who has a crush on him maybe you're reading a bit more into his actions cause you'd like hime to feel the same way!

I think he likes you. It's possible for him to be attracted to his girlfriend and you at the same time. You are both young and that's just what happens.
But you should be aware that if you flirt back you are encouraging him. I know what it's like - I was the same when I was in school and it's difficult if it's your personality to be sociable, fun and excited when you're with your friends. Guys are really attracted to that and you will probably find that he wants to be with you more and more.
Just don't be surprised if he breaks up with his gf and starts being closer with you.
Either way - you guys are young. Enjoy the fun!

Guys can be very deceptive when it comes to making friends especially with opposite sex, u 've to watch him very carefully he shild be up to s/thing, maintain hamless friendship.Do not betray ur friend.If u need a guy, take time and luk 4 one there are 1001 nice guys around.Be urself.

i think he is just trying to be genuinely nice. if he loves his gf then he has no business trying to hit on you. he may just be trying to be a GOOD friend. there are some guys out there that aren't just trying to get in your pants. (sorry guys not trying to be rude but you know some of you are like that.) hang on to him, he seems to be a good guy and you shouldn't stress over it too much, he's just being nice.

It is better a good friendship that a bad romance, also you have to be loyal to this guy girlfriend, keep that in mind, do not do to other what you do not like them do to you. Be his friend and enjoy it, it is nice to have a Friend that cares for you
