I found one place that has a song called Tasmanian Devil You Say by Bill Josey. I didn't even know that the Tasmanian Devil was a marsupial but it is. I am still looking for a koala song or a Wombat.
I found a different song about a kangaroo on the schoolhouse rock website below.
Now, I have a friend named Rufus Xavier Sarsaparilla,
And I could say that Rufus found a kangaroo
That followed Rufus home
And now that kangaroo belongs
To Rufus Xavier Sarsaparilla.

Skippy the bush kangaroo theme song and the theme from Captain Kangaroo come to mind.
Eeek it seems there was also a movie/theme song called Marsupial Sue (wasn't me!).
Blinky Bill has been made into a movie and would have a theme song.
There's a start anyway.
