Take a look at a free download called avvenue (that's 2 v's not a W). I haven't used it yet, so I can't testify. It's supposed to allow you to get into another computer that has the program loaded as long as it is turned on and connected to the internet. If you're in a decent sized business with some kind of IT department or help desk you ought to check with them to see if they have a better solution, or if they have any objection to using Avvenue.

Go to the control Panel and then click on the internet option and on the left side there is a link that says " set up small home or office conection" (some thing samelike that) just complete the thing and you can get the connection anywhere in the house.

If you work at a medium to large company, talk to whoever does the IT computer support. They will have a recommended solution for doing this. Because each company as different policies, firewalls, security, etc, there is no one solution to this question.

A general guideline: You will have to install a remote access software, such as PC Anywhere, on both computers. If you are behind a firewall (99% of businesses are), you may have to have a firewall port configured to allow the program to work. Plus both computer will have to have highspeed Internet access.
