Inter galactic space travel (Which may lead to world peace because we could encounter other races that we can destory instead fighting amongst ourselves), cloning limbs and organs for medical cases, teleportation (as everyone else has pointed out), most likely various forms of destroying the planet completely, robots and computers that are self-aware and have distinct perosnailites, self-drving cars, televisons impanted in your eye and phones in your teeth, which will lead to credit transactions for all forms of commerce and most important of all a laser that can remove hair form you body as easily as shaving.

Populaces prepared to impeach and hold responsible goverments/politicians who instigate unwarranted/illegal wars.
Populaces in democracies recognising their responsibilities to vote, effect necessary change based on compassionate, altruistic "greatest good" motives; acknowledging that when they say "society/the government is to blame" they mean themselves.

and .... i think you will be able to buy a virtual reality headset and programme it to go anywhere in the world and you would be able to walk around - like google earth but virtual!
