aaarrrgggg i am soooooo anoid,ive just baught a phone off ebay,arrived this morning,bloke has 100%feedback ect......
ill start again
last week my boyfriend and i rang up virgin and asked them to cut our sim cards off as we no longer want that network
so the other day i go and buy a new phone off ebay but its on the virgin network..got phone this morning and put in sim tried making calls...forgot sim was cut off,,rang up virgin to get the phone unblocked..they took the imei number and on systems it comes up stollen phone..great what now!! i cant get hold of the bloke i got it off,im now without a phone and im having the worst day of my life!(sort of!)
do place unblock phones?? anyone with any ideas
i no calling the police with halp a little but i wont get my money back ect

thank you to everyone who has answered thank you xxx-choca.i managed to contact the bloke and he says the phone was a mated who done a insurance job on it and to send it back to get a refund...huge relief!

argggggggggggg 2 u 2.Never use E-Bay,it sux and u can get easily ripped off(which u have shown VERY CLEARLY!!!)Protest and draw funny lil posters and go up to police and yell"I WANT COMPENSATION"dont say it to a half deaf doctor,he would think u meant constipation and tell u to stop using laxatives........k lame,but i was bored,soooooooo.....ummm.....k......thts enough outa me..........
P.S i agree to the girl above me,2 points for pointing out stupid mistakes any1 can make?i think we better go to Yahoo!and yell i want compensation!!!!!!!(lmao!same thing.....:D).......K.....im keeping quiet.........

Sorry You got Ripped off!
You can get Phones Unblocked for around $20.00 or around £10.00UK Pounds.
It's a Box that Plugs into the Bottom and changes the Configuration to accept different SIM cards and Networks.
However, My First port of call would be EBay! and Pay Pal if that's how you paid for it!
Get these Idiots stopped!
Did they leave any information on the Phone memory that you can access? maybe it may provide you with a Contact Number for the Local police!?

report him 2 ebay!!!!!!!! and i know it wud be bother, but call the police, they can track the guy because of IP addresses and all that, plus you just might get your money back, if they find the bloke who sold it 2 u, also, its better 2 report him incase U get in trouble for stealing the phone... im afraid this is all u can do sorry.
ps. to that guy above.. SO WHAT if someone spelled something wrong?!?!? does it really matter? nobody needs to hear that, that is such a stupid thing to say and just a cheap way of making points "oh oh im so much smarter than u i can point out typing errors..." come on!! ugh why do people do that?!? its so annoying!!! no-one cares if she spelt something wrong!!!!!! find something else to complain about!!!!

Try contacting the seller, they may be able to help. If not contact Ebay and file a complaint. If you paid thru PayPal, you can contact them as well. First try the seller.
