It is not your friend, and it is not an "evil eye" we are six years into a cycle which Howe and Strauss call a Crisis Cycle, I tend to call it a culling. Depending on how you run the numbers it began in 1999. It is a time when we lose all sense of community and our responsibility towards one another; indifference to others losses is a key component. Only good thing that comes out of this is that by the time it is over we will rebuild the terms on which we care for one another on a social level. The last time we were in such a cycle it was marked by the great depression, this in turn lead to the social programs of FDR, and WW II. We did not come out of it until 1945. There is a quote from Teddy Roosevelt at the bottom of the page on my site which may be of some comfort to her. I have enclosed it in the links.

I am so sorry for your friend! What a horrible mess!! I do NOT believe she somehow brought this on herself, life is this way sometimes.
You could try some of the advice given here, maybe it would work, who know...
Just keep being the dedicated friend that you are:) Without realizing it, someone like you may be what she needs to keep herself from drowning in this mess. You can continue to pray for her deliverance from the "bad luck" but also say some prayers asking God to give her strength to get through this.
She is lucky to have a friend like you:)

I don't believe in the "evil eye" or "the dark cloud following" anyone around. I do believe a person can have a string of unfortunate events in their life and if it persists, seeing someone in religion or in therapy or both may help.
I have to say there was this one woman I met in my life and she was a nice person too, but she had the most uncanny story of sequential loss and injury I had ever heard of and over a period of years! In fact, her luck was so bad she was in an accident and then a car struck the ambulance that she was in!

Luck isn't real; people go through tough times throughout their lives. Just support your friend emotionally and tell her that once you hit rock bottom, it can only get better. Things will turn around eventually. Hard times make you stronger and make you appreciate the good times once they've returned. Keep praying for solace, but don't think this bad period has anything to do with luck or superstition or anything like that. It's just a natural phase of life. Things don't always go well for people.

I do not believe in bad luck at all. I think that because we allow people to put the thoughts into our heads that they can harm us spiritually, we often end up hurting ourselves.
But i will give you something that is suppose to work. It works for me and those that i tell it to. If she really thinks that someone put the evil eye on her:
Let your friend clean her entire house with salt water, use a new mop. You can help her. When you done, throw the water into the toilet and then the both of you should bathe with salt lime and blue. That should help her.
If you want you can take a white candle get as many oils of success as possible. Check any religious store near you. Good oils only. Oils for love and romance money success that kind of thing.
Write her name on the bottom of the candle or on a sheet of parchment paper in circles.
Light it and that should help.

I have neighbors in exactly the same situation one bad luck circumstance after another, unfortunatly ,there is nothing you can do to change their run of bad luck as we/you have no control over what life deals them, the only thing you can do is to be a good , supportive friend and be there for them when the need you, they may not ever say it but that means a lot to them ,knowing the have a friend to rely on to help them through thr tough times.

There is no such thing as luck. I am a firm believer in prayer but, you have to believe in your prayers for one and for two you dont pray the problem you pray the answer. Every born again christian has the authority to cast demons and put eviul doings to a halt. You just have to do it correctly and descently. I'd suggest you see some one from an Assembly of god church and have them teach you how to pray. They believe in the power of prayer and I have seen and heard of some miraculous things.

When you think you're jinxed or you have bad luck following you where ever you go, then all you're doing is drawing negative energy to yourself and then bad things will happen. However, when we incarnate here we set obstacles in our paths to learn from and to experience. Have you ever heard of soul evolution? The harder the life, the more advanced your soul becomes. Someone who skates through life with very little drama and chaos doesn't learn much. Someone who lives a life of tragedy and pain has already learned so much and they experience so much more. Souls who don't wish to reincarnate for a long while or ever again, usually give themselves a very hard life here so they can evolve as much as they can. You might think it's hooey, but according to my spirit guide, we are here to learn and experience what we can't on the otherside. There's no pain, anger, 'bad luck' on the otherside. You can't learn from it when you're there, you have to learn it here. I hope this helps you and your friend somehow...knowing there's some reason for how her life is. Tell her to stay positive, think positive, and the universal energies will take care of her.

Okay I have 2 for you:
Go and find a water washed stone. You know rounded by by the water action. It should be as yellowish as you can find. Then chant this spell (can change wording slightly) 3 times while holding it in your right hand and thinking about your friends need for protection. Visualize the energies going into the rock for protecting your friend from harm. Then give the rock to your friend, have her carry it with her. If you have written the chant used then burn the paper, thank the energies and it is done.
A fear in me
a harm is meant
Protection needed
Protection spent
A care be taken
In what I do
Repel the harm
I ask of you
Common sense
Protects my acts
This charm of gold
Protects the facts
So Mote It Be!

when you figure this out you let me know what it is to do to change a persons luck because i have been in her situation for the last 35 years.
she is the one that has to change what she is doing? it may not make it a 100% better but it will help a little bit..Atleast make her feel better.. Try new things.. do new things. maybe she is just in a rut..
hope her streak of bad luck don't last as long as mine.
