I'm guessing you copied and pasted the female sign ♀ from somewhere online, as I just did from your question. The Character Map application says that it's U+2640, which is a Unicode designation. However, it does not provide keystrokes, which means there is no way to input this character into most applications with keystrokes. You would actually have to program the application to use the Unicode character directly. But cut and paste should work for you in most situations.
