It was let them eat cake. It's based on a miss quote by marie antoinnette. There was a shortage of bread at the time and she was married to the king of france and on hearing there was no bread she is said to have proclaimed let the eat cake. But there is no evidence for this.

I think it was called 'Let Them Eat Cake'. As far as I know it's not available on either DVD or VHS. It was not one of their proudest moments!
