Certainly not, The big powers mistake done in past to countries like Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, Afghan, Libya, Sriya, Israel has made them as breeding ground for terror.

So, to control them and have them under watch it has forced the power nations to align with them and run the show.

The main reasons behind all evils around the world is because of the power lack of long term thinging and selfishness, total commitment to their countries economical benefits and not to world peace.

Which small states are you talking about? And I don't know what security either. Anybody is at risk, specially the greater powers.

not at all, and in fact it seems the failure in iraq has made small nations move away from the big powers knowing we suck at war
