Should there be a grand jury process to determine if the charge is valid, and then, if valid, an independent prosecutor assigned just to that case?
Does Congress need ethics enforcement taken out of it's hands?
Or do they keep special status?

Every infraction must be dealt with accordingly and investigated by the Ethics Committee in the Congress so that they will behave in the performance of their duties..

congress always has special status, remember they are the law makers and lawbreakers. our supreme court is supposed to keep them in line.
