When the law is immoral and without respect for those it harms even if it involves children then what?

you people should know, one of the biggest reasons people break immigration laws are because of the horrible things they are allowed to do to people without care for what happens to the life of those they harm,this is not about people who wish to harm the USA this is about a closed group of people doing what they wish with humans,and then telling lies to the american people about how fair and simple their laws are to fallow, I speak out because no one else will, the laws in this country on immigration and the underhanded lies they tell everyone are as un-american as something you would get from CUBA, we have people here for work from other countrys and that seams to be ok with people, but a persons family is a different topic all together, my question is why has the laws on this never had any ajustment to be more kind to a human and his wife and child, remember we are talking about an AMERICAN person with a wife from a different country, be nice in your reply please, thank you

I'm told that at the time of my immigration interview they will tell me that i must prove my wife needs to be allowed to live with me,and after waiting the time they say we must wait, then they put more stress on our life, no respect for me as a human thats what i see, night after night my wife suffers from scorpin bites and their is no cares on the part of immigration, this is without moral respect for another human yet we fly around the world to help others but the wife of an american is left to suffer, as do so many other wifes do, iv'e been married 6 years and still i can't get this fixed,i have no respect for the laws that make my wife and i suffer , i can understand why so many people break the immigration laws, because the law feels its ok to freely wast years of our life span, hitler may have died years ago, but his work lives on in the american government, it makes me sick to think of casting my vote for any political money hungry worm.

Laws must be humane and not to be applied strictly concerning immigration especially when family members are treated inequitably.

I agree that immigration laws in the US are unfair. I believe that people would only come this far if things were that bad in their own country. I am ashamed that Americans cannot or have not tried to help in respectful ways in other countries. I do not believe democracy is for everyone -- especially when we ignore all but our own "democracy". Please keep fighting for the law obiding immigrants. I do not really care for drug dealers or felons. These people should be sent back when they are convicted of crimes. I have a feeling their punishment is worse where they come from.
