It depends who you are talking about. If it is a mean, evil person, then they won't care about who you are inside, just what you look lik.e However most people are nice and don't care what you look like, just what you're like inside.
Besides, most 'good-looking' people I've met are vain and horrible.

Good looks don't matter. What the person has on the inside is what matters most to me! Looks can't get you far. If the only thing you had was looks, no personality, you would have a hard time making or keeping friends!

Good looks are important as one notices the face before any other side attraction. A face whether good or bad sums up the kind of person you are likely to be. For instance, a frowning/scowling face with forehead wrinkles would suggest to a passerby as a grumpy or uptight person.

So, looks matter to a certain extent but it all depends on the eye of the beholder as what may work for you may not go down well with another person. As for me, looks don't matter but you have to be presentable facially.

Also, looks as good as it may seem does not last forever. You can do lots of botox, cosmetology, e.t.c. but it will certainly end up one day 6 feet under.

It not matters much, inside it matters if you can be healthy inside you would show it of, so I do think that what you eat is what you make out of the body you have to have that prefect "good looks"
