say what you genuiningly wanna tell her. if she thinks its really sweet and honest she's gonna accept. if she doesn't, at least you don't have to worry about it.
just don't say things like " i dreamt of havin sex with you" that's too on!

Don't. Writing letters or text messages are a COP-OUT. And really, you don't need to be telling her that, anyway. Just be genuine and you don't have to go around telling her things.

Girls like to know that a guy like her by telling her personally. Reason for this is because girls like to see if he's sincere by looking at his eyes. so dont use txt message.
