My previous tenants put a lock on the system and now I can't unlock anything. They made it so that you can not watch any show that is above PG.

Call and ask them, they may have forgotten to remove them. If that's not possible, then call the company, they may be able to do it remotely.

Try powering down the system for a period of hours; that might reset the box. If that doesn't do it, contact Dish Network and get them to reset the box.

two choices... contact the previous tenants and/or rental agent. contact the Dish network company to reset system.

I'm not going to help you unlock your T.V. Because your parents locked it for a reason...those movies are probably rated R...and you're probably wayyy to young for those. You're probably not gonna get ANY help 'round here. So good luck figuring out that passworrd. =(

If the system is registered to you, contact dish network. They can reset it.

the company provider should beable to reset the code.
