This is a good question. Abe is a big shift to the conservative for Japan, and there is now not only talk of rearming, but the taboo against nuclear weapons has been breached (talking about them, that is, they do not have them yet). On the surface this seems like a real danger to China.

On the other hand, it is often only the hardliners who can get any movement done. It took Nixon for the US to recognize China - had a Democrat dared suggest it the right wing would have trashed him, only an unquestioned anticommunist could have such a policy and not be accused of being a communist dupe.

China tends to like the status quo. They know where they stand with Abe. I would look at this as an opportunity. The worsening China-Japan relationship now has a chance to recover, or to worsen even more. I believe from their actions so far the Chinese government is a little scared about how quickly the anti-Japan feelings flowered over the last few years, and does not want them to border on getting out of control again.

And North Korea? I am not as up-to-date there (I have lived in China since 1987), but Abe's willingness to rearm will up the stakes for NK. I think they only respect action, so it could be a good move there too.

Remember that Japan is a democracy. The people of Japan simply elected a staunch hawk into power because the PRC and not to mention SK have insisted in attacking Japan as a race rather than government. Racism leads to fear and more conservative in any nation. Asia, Middle East, or anywhere else.
