I think the UK should become more like Ireland. When I was over there visiting my relatives we went to a big supermarket, and there is NO plastic bags. Just brown recycled paper ones. Just as good, and wayy greener. Why can't Tesco UK follow them? Also, there was not as much litter because of this.

how do we know it takes 400 years? Were plastic bags around 400 years ago?
