yes there is. Go to the nearest book store and do research as far as color charts in the fashion area of the book store. You can find a color wheel that will match your color skin tone and what matches you the best.

Lighter shades of neutrals would work the best. Avoid bright blues and bright pinks. Stick with sands, copper, grays and mid tone greens for your eyes; nude or blush lip color; apricot for cheeks; and a clear lipgloss to pull it all together. don't over use or use too much powder or concealer, this will highlight the areas you are trying to hide. Most of all don't over apply anything, try to keep make up looking natural.
