at home the best way would be with a toothbrush or small nail brush,and warm soapy water,or even toothpaste.but make sure it is toothpaste and not gel,like close up or something.

I take mine to the jewellers to be cleaned cos i'm afraid of marking it! Cos i buy most of my jewellery there they clean it for free.
