Forrest Gump
Philadelphia - it's about a guy who had AIDS.
Casablanca
Gone With the Wind
Basic Instinct - I don't particularly like it but it is unforgetable.
Lord of the Rings trilogy
When Harry Met Sally - not one of my favorite but who can forget the part when Meg Ryan was eating an ice cream and she looks as if she's on the verge or orgasm.
Passion of Christ - being a Christian, it brings me back to my faith watching how Christ suffer.
(I haven't seen Da Vincci Code so I cannot say whether it is unforgettable)
Grease -John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John
and a lot more.

Crash:
Racism collides with its targets during one thirty-six-hour period in Los Angeles. Alive with bracing human drama and blistering wit, the film benefits from the strong directing debut of Paul Haggis, the screenwriter of Million Dollar Baby. In the style of Magnolia, Haggis and co-writer Bobby Moresco weave many stories into the narrative. But the rage sticks, as do the emotions underlying it.
This movie really made me think about life and people and why we act the way we do. Very good movie!

Titanic.Because it was the movie whlich made me know that I was Right,. I come from a family which is very conservative and also a culture where family comes first. It is a movie teaches you to follow your basic instinct without making false compromises.Wealways compromise but never adjust.Rose had many oppourtunities when she would have just married Carl;even when she saw the diamond in her coat pocket.Instead she decided and lived life on her own terms, which many of us donot.Titanic is a celebration of Passion,Freedom and life.It inspired me to the core.Ofcourse also b'coz of CAPRIO

Hard to pick just one.
Silence of the Lambs, Silent Running, The Day After come to mind.
Schindler's List, Saving Private Ryan.
Also, The Wizard of Oz! They don't have to be serious to be memorable.
