Yes, but this depends upon the urine and how pure one wants the water. Other procedures may need to be done before the distillation.

Typical urine contain little or no volatile compounds. Salts and heavy organic molecules (such as sugars and proteins) are very easy to remove by distillation.

Some urine, however, does contain compounds like ethanol or acetone, which are usually hard to remove by simple distillation. These could be adsorbed onto activated charcoal first and removed by filtration. The remaining solution could then be distilled.

Since water is the major constituent of urine it is relatively simple to produce pure water from urine by distillation of various means.

Yes, if you drinks lots of water or 100% juice about 1.0 -2.0 L a day yeah, your urine will be clear alright, and yet you dont have flush.
