I am a miserable DD cup I hate them with a passion!! No silly answers like 'What, so you are unhappy cos your boobs got bigger.' I expanded my lovely Bee-sting B-cups last year with a lot of weight lifting and full fat soya milk consumption. I have always until that point had lovely small boobs and people looked e in the eye not the chest. I hang my head in shame 'cos I feel like a filthy porn star, and have to wear vile hideous bras now! I watched that 'Say no to the knife' last week and was absolutely aghast that they never suggested any non-surgical alternatives to the girl with the larger chest. I felt nothing but sympathy for her and in her case I applauded her decision as no helpful alternatives were given (even though I'd never have surgery myself), I mean, speed dating and pretty bras for a person who hates her large chest are just not helpful at all really!!!

I know how you feel. I have large breasts to and it is miserable with the back aches. I know this may sound unrealistic, but either join a gym, or buy a home gym and do chest exercises. I have been doing that for about 1 month now and they have reduced about a half a cup so far and they are even firming up instead of sagging.

Some other simple exercises you can do is by small weights, like 5 pound, and hold them by your waist. then bring your arms up straight above your shoulders. Once they are up start at your shoulders any go up with the weights about 10 times in a row. Rest and then repeat. My personal trainer tough me to do that for the same problem you have!

From herbal pills like saw palmetto, hops, wild yam, and black cohosh, to special creams to suctioning sports bras products claim it's possible, to increase breast size, but they are just padding the truth. I don't think any of these products should show any promise. They may be au natural, that doesn't necessarily mean they'll work. According to the FDA, Creams and lotions advertised as breast developers don't work, either. Some contain the hormone estrogen. Estrogen can increase breast size, but in order to be sold without a prescription these products must contain such a small amount of the hormone that its effect is insignificant."… Save your money!!! There is no evidence that creams or supplements work. If you really do not want surgery, I recommend you to try Soft GEL PADS permanently built in – they are the most realistic fullness and push up , Unlike water bra, The Gel will not leak even when punctured Special formulated light weight gel pad is 30% lighter than water also Pads will not slip…Good luck! and do not let people to tell you "you don't need or you are beautiful"...sure you are...but if you WANT something, get it. Your intelligence will not change if you change your hair color or get any surgery... Everything that you do to improve yourself (even in your body or spirit) is going to make you feel good! You'll see :o)

So after going to the gym 3-4 times a week, going to a dietian i lost loads of weight but not from my chest!! So ended up having surgery and believe me its not as bad as you think! I breezed through it and was back at work within 5 weeks! I would do it all again if i had to! Im alot happier now with C cups! So make yourself happy!

There isn't a lot you can do. If you reduce them by dieting, you reduce the cup size but you are left with baggy skin and they look awful. I know first hand. I'm trying to get £5,400 together to get mine sorted out. I need a mastopexty where they take your nipple off, lift all your existing tissue, sew the nipple back on again and if necessary put a small insert in the top to fill it out. Accept your new size, easier said than done I know, but it's got to be better than surgery that I am left with no choice about now.

Set your personal machine alarm to ring hourly—stand in place for 1 to 5 minutes each and every time it goes off.

From breakfast, go ahead and take in orange juice. But throughout all of those other day, focus on water as opposed to juice or soda

You can go on a diet and try to lose weight but, if you are a thin girl with a large chest unfortunately there are not non-surgical alternatives to reducing the size of your breasts. Also, the weight lifting and the soya milk was not the cause of your breast growth. Breast size is genetic. I'm a small chested girl and would love a larger breasts but, alas short of surgery it's not happening. It's something I accept and occasionally enjoy. Unless your breasts are causing you physical problems or you could do with some weight loss, I wouldn't suggest changing the way you are. You should love yourself! You may want to try and look at yourself in a different light. Don't think of yourself as a filfthy porn star! Think of yourself as a classy and curvy woman like Marilyn Monroe. You might want to consider seeing a therapist to help you change your attitude about your newly formed body.

If your bust size went up when you did weight training and drank full fat soya milk could you cut them out or down and maybe your bust will reduce? Otherwise a minimiser bra...

i wouldnt call DD huge - theres not much you can do about it though - other than just sticking to general cardio and hope that you lose the muscle tissue from there.

they must be a strange shape if you have built size B's to DD's with muscle - if the breast tissue is only small with loads of muscle over.
