tells me I have no default mail client or current mail client can not fulfill messaging request. Please run Miorosoft Office Outlook but when I try I get a message patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exist and that you can access it.

You need to obtain an office CD Windows CD does not have Office files on it. You have to contact the person who installed Windows and Office on your PC to obtain any help in this matter.

Don't you have the original CD? Didn't it come with your computer? If not, ask your vendor. If yes, stick the CD in and run the installer from there.
