I live in the USA, and want to know how to move to Canada.

Fill out a load of paperwork, hire a lawyer, pass medical and background checks, cough up the large fee for application, then p/r card and have loads of additional money to hold you over, unless you have a job lined up already or you're marrying a Canadian. Wait Wait Wait, then pack up and go.

Pull up the Canadian government page on the web, for starters.

It would depend on your reason for wanting to move.

If there is a Canadian embassy where you live they could answer any questions you have.

No serious look up emmigration canada on the web and follow their instructions.
