Hi White
Your best bet is when you go for your smear tell your doctor that you may be pregnant and they will do the test there and then for you and its the proper test. You will know the right answer then. Wish you luck

your smear will be done afterwards if you are pregnant. i was in the same position and made to feel that there would be no danger in waiting until after. check if you are pregnant first with a test. they are very accurate these days. if you are concerned about being pregnant then demand a blood test from your gp. some are reluctant to do this, but demand it, its your body and your peace of mind. good luck

No, women get there paps while pregnant all the time. I am ttc and I had a smear done last week. I would tell your doctor before hand however. My doc did not do anything different.

Even if you do have a smear test and you are pregnant its not going to harm the baby, they just rub a cotton bud type thing over your cervix, it wont do any damage.

The smear will not harm you, or your baby or if you are trying to conceive.

Take each day has it comes, worrying only causes more worry.
