Sometimes it is impossible, other times I am pretty good at keeping myself motivated!

Self Discipline can be very discouraging at times. But you learn a lot about yourself.

After being homeschooled for approximately 12 years of my life...
No, i don't find it harder to be disciplined when i am my own boss.
I actually thrive on independence.

No, you are what you are.
The person who does a good job for $45 hr. will usually have the same work ethic even if he/she is only making $12 hr.
Likewise, a lackluster minimum wage worker will be a lackluster executive, if given the opportunity.
