As per the latest LG ICC Cricket ratings, the first best allrounders are:
1) J.H. Kallis of South Africa.
2) Andrew Flintoff of England.
3) S.M. Pollock of South Africa.
4) D.C. Vettori of New Zeland
5) Irfan Pathan of India.
The above is as per records available. However, I consider the following as the best allrounders available at present irrespective of their ranking:
1) Mr. J.H. Kllis.
2) Mr. Andrew Flintoff.
3) Mr. Shahid Afridi.
4) Mr. AbdulRazak
5) Mr. Andrew Symonds

The best all rounder at the moment is
Jacques Kallis
(with 8033 & 8083 runs in Test & ODI,
200 & 210 wickets in Test & ODI respectively )
Sanath Jayasurya, A Flintoff & S Pollock are also good allrounders followed by AbdulRazzak & Irfan Pathan.
