Anyone been to KL or Genting last few days? Need to know the haze situation urgently. Going 19 Oct 2006.

if you visit KL then half of the times you would be indoor[i guess] so not to worry, anyway the haze condition is not that bad, still tolerable ! we are experiencing rains every now n then so the haze can't get any worst !
As of Genting, its much the same in KL, unless you are driving up there then be extra careful because of the visibility[mist plus haze] !

I'm in KL now.
There is a slight haze in the air. Visibility is probably less that 2 miles. There is no smell of smoke though.
A big thunderstorm has just finished (I'm waiting for the rain to stop so I can go home!) That's going to clear the air.

pass to KL Sentral and locate the Genting Highlands bus excursion counter at point 2. There u can purchase a equipment encompass return tickets to/decrease back from Genting, outdoors video games and cable automobile at a real looking value. i've got used this provider numerous time and it is rather pronounced.

KL = still hazy.
Genting= i'm not sure. if the weather is pretty damp n it has been raining for couple of days over there, I guess there's no haze there, most probably just mist. :)

the haze situation in Kuala Lumpur doesn't seems to improve although there was a heavy rain pours down a few hours ago. right now, the visiblity has not improved much!!

can't see the KLCC building today! pisses me off cuz thats my indication how bad the haze is. if i can see the tower, a good distance away then the weather is fine and I am fine too! but not as bad back in '97, i was kuching and hell, that was the worst ten days of my life! it just rained now, should be fairly unhealthy tomorrow!

KL is still kind of hazy, not threatening level, but lousy visibility.
