Just take them to one side privatley and tell them, be sensitive about it. People that suffer with bad breath are sometimes not aware of it so i'm sure that this person would be greatful!

Dear Yaho,
I work as a consultant and often enough, I have to cope with people who do have a bad breath. I (myself) take a menthol drop and tell the person that I started to take the drops because I had bad breath but now I take them because I just like the taste - and offer him a drop. After telling him that I myself had not been able to recognize it (only in seldom chances you smell your own breath) normally these persons are at least more sensitive for their own breath.
Cheers (take another drop) ;-)

At my last job there was a guy with such a bad breath I nearly died. If he entered a room and started talking it was stinking of **** for hours after he even left. I tried holding my breath as much as I could when he was around!
Make an anonymous appointment at a dentist for them. Put details of appointment in a card with the present you buy (mouth wash, toothpaste and a toothbrush - don't forget the directions - brush your teeth - the little brown things in your mouth - after every meal)

I would take them to one side and ask them if they knew about this in case there is a medical problem tell them others have remarked about it and say Im sure you are not awhere that it is noticed as a lot of pepeole get this with nerves and would have as they thought no control over this, if this persons apperance is dirty then that would be best refered to by the managment.

Stay out of it and try not to speak to them. the last thing you want to do is start an argument at work. And its very doubtful the person will thank you for your opinion.

Either stay away from them, or offer them a breath mint or gum.
