hey has anybody here heard of karate pupils breaking thier knucles 2 so thier punches are stronger..

if anybody has any info about it please tell be its ups,and down etc

oh some martial arts do that to strenghten their bones. but not to the extent of breaking them. i've learnt 2 types of karate and never heard of that within. more practiced in mui thai (thai kickboxing) where they kick trees 1000 times a day or punch wooden boards. this is supposed to wear down the bones slightly, which will heal back denser and harder.

Searching is right. No one in karate schools teaches you to
break their knuckles. They only practice the punches for many,
many times until their bones or knuckles toughens and are
stronger to break bigger objects.
