your browser might be hijacked...do you use internet explorer? have you tried other browsers? first, clear you computer of spyware and viruses. Then you should be able to visit those websites you werne't able to before.

Someone has reported you as a pedophile.
You computer is "marked" and you can join no chat rooms!

Either buy a new computer or give yourself up to the police!
