They don't have to and she can get pregnant that way. I wish pregnancy was that easily avoided.

It sounds like you may have a mild condition called " paraphimosis". When the foreskin is retracted it usually slips back over the glans, or head of the penis, if the penis is not erect. Sometimes the foreskin remains retracted, restricting the flow of blood out from the glans. This causes swelling, and the ring of tissue that keeps the foreskin from slipping back over the glans tightens even more. If the foreskin is left in a retracted position long enough, the painful swelling known as paraphimosis can result.

What can be done to prevent the condition?
Good skin care of the uncircumcised penis will prevent paraphimosis. This means that after the foreskin has been retracted, it should be deliberately replaced over the glans penis.

So basically take your time and gently ease your foreskin back so in time it will stretch more and more.
And its perfectly normal to have sex without retracting your foreskin, but you have to watch out for the friction which could split your foreskin...which is rather pain full and messy.

And you can still get a girl pregnant with our without your foreskin retracted.

Well I'm not a woman, and this is Men's Health. I an not circumcised, but when I have an erection, my foreskin fully retracts down the shaft of my penis, so it looks exactly the same as a cut penis, except there is no circumcision scar of course. During intercourse, my foreskin remains fully retracted and does not roll backwards and forwards as I thrust in and out. So I don't think a woman could detect whether or not I was circumcised, unless she actually saw my flaccid penis.

You are blessed with an erogenous, highly-innervated foreskin. Many guys would envy your foreskin even though it does not retract. You display great wisdom in wanting to avoid circumcision. Do not be worried. You are normal for your age.

To retract the foreskin, one must grab the foreskin on the shaft and pull it rearward, but do not force it. If the foreskin will not retract then you must consider leaving it as it is or doing stretching exercises to make it retractable. You are fortunate to have a choice.

Having sex with a non-retractile foreskin depends on just how tight your foreskin is. If it is really narrow and absolutely won't retract, then you can have penetrative sex without pain. On the other hand, if it just a little bit tight, then it is likely to be forced back during sex and that will hurt because it is tight. In that case, it probably would be better to stretch your foreskin until it glides easily back and forth

It is not necessary to have a foreskin that will retract. Some men live their entire lives with a non-retractable foreskin. They can masturbate, have penetrative sex, get married, and father children with a foreskin that does not retract. Some believe that a penis with a non-retractile foreskin has more sensation and that sex is better. One just needs to see that your partner is well lubricated before you attempt penetration. One may need to add some personal lubricant if she does not lubricate.

Almost all boys are born with a foreskin that does not retract. This is normal. It takes years for the ability to retract to develop. About ½ of boys have a retractable foreskin by 10.4 years of age. Many adolescents still have foreskins that have tips that are too narrow to pass back over the penis head. These foreskins may be gently stretched over a period of time to cause them to widen. About 98 percent of foreskins become retractable by age 18.

It is normal for teens to have a foreskin that does not retract. One’s foreskin is still developing. If you want your foreskin to retract (not everyone wants a retractable foreskin), then you can help it develop ability to retract by stretching it.

If you choose to stretch your foreskin, then the goal is to have a foreskin that glides smoothly back and forth so as to provide maximum pleasure.

When your penis is erect, gently pull your foreskin back against the head of the penis. As the head attempts to pass through the foreskin it will stretch the skin a little. Do this several times a day and in a few weeks or months your foreskin will widen and you will be able to retract your foreskin. Do NOT force retraction. Do NOT cause yourself pain.

It works by tissue expansion. Stretching skin induces “mitosis” which is a word that means “division of cells”. New skin cells are formed and the skin expands but it takes some time. The increase in size is permanent. Be patient and give mitosis time to work.

The important thing is to put the skin under tension every day so that it will grow wider.

When your penis is erected, the foreskin is already pulled back
to expose the head and you just shaft it in without any problem.
You're able to impregnate any woman as long as your sperms
are active and she's ovulating at the right time.
However, for the uncircumcised males, he has to wash and
clean up his penis head more often for personal hygiene than those who are already circumcised.

The Foreskin only covers the shaft of your penis and not the urinary canal, hence the answers to your question is: Yes, its ok to have sex without pulling back the foreskin, and YES you can still impregnate......and YES you can still contract STD, so stop experimenting and stay safe!!!

well they don't really need to be pulled back because the sex itself should pull it out. if your having difficulty might as well get circumcised dude. some people are just born with too much skin on it.

When you get an erection, the skin pulls back on its own, and yes, you can still get someone pregnant!

The semen are forcefully ejected from the penis. The little swimmers find their way up the vagina whether or not the male is circumcised.
