There really weren't any. WW II enjoyed widespread support among the people. And if there had been any anti-war songs they would never have been allowed to be performed. During times of declared wars, strict censorship standards apply; and no government would have allowed its support to be eroded by such songs.

Sorry; but you're fishing in a dry hole. They just don't exist.

All the classics were pro-the War, because invading someone elses country is immoral and illegal, and Europeans believe that if someone does commit such an act, it is the responsibility of the powers to rectify the matter. Songs like 'Bluebirds over the White Cliffs of Dover', 'Pack up your troubles in your old kit bag' were sang by Vera Lynn, and the Great Gracie Fields, to support our boys.
People only write protest songs against 'unjust' wars; I'll be bringing my 'Stop F*cking Iraq' Album, later in the year.

Uhh--Lennon and Ono were too young to write anything during World War II.

Jack's right. Lots of anti-Japanese and German songs like "Der Fuhrers Face" and such but no anti-war.
