1 Israel develops nuclear weapons and it makes Iran feels threatened
2 Israel keeps occupying muslim holy land ilegally
3 Israel keeps doing massacre on defenseless people in Palestine, Egypt, and Lebanon, and Iran wants to do something about this
4 Iran wants to develop nuclear powerplants and Israel object this
5 Iran knows that Israel is making lie of the Holocaust, and Israel can't stand this
6 Israel threatens to attack Iranian's powerplants

Iran is not an Arab country. They speak persian in Iran and they have sectarian differences with Arabs. Arabs are Wahabbi (Sunnis) while Iranians are Shiites.
Iran and Israel hate each other because Iran is a theocratic state of Shia Muslims and Israel is an ideological state of Zionists.
Before the Islamic revolution (1979) Iran had a more secular outlook and both Raza Shah Pahalvi (King of Iran) and Israel were supported by Americans. In fact Iran at that time was considered as a "police man of America in the region".

Iran is an Arab country and Arabs hate Israel because it is against the Arab world for supporting the Plaestinians. Thus, they are enemies.

Israel is hated by the Islamic world, because they grabbed the land from the Palestinians in 1948 when, after the WW2, they wanted the land and got assistance from the U.K. and that U.S.
The Zionists decided they wanted that land and lobbied for that in Washington and London. They wiggled themselves into places of power and never gave those up, to this day. They abused their power in order to make the UKUSA complex take the land from the Palestinians. The state of Israel is an unjust regime that has no right to exist at all.
