*scratches head in thought* Actually, when I was leaving my job a year and a half ago, I offered to train the person who replaced me for 2 weeks...without pay. Although they eventually didn't need me to train her, I felt better having suggested it. *shrugs* Perhaps I'm just a sucker, but if I could, I would make a career out of volunteering. Hmmmm.....for some reason, I don't think the pay would be very good, though. lol

If it's a job I really want, or a promotion I've been trying for, 1 week is what I'd offer. 2 weeks is pushing it a bit.
