Usualy they recruit people from the police or military or any other goverment based law enforcement. They only recruit the best.
So, if you want to be on the cia pay check you have to make yourself heard

They also advertise in military journals & veteran's magazines, looking for military folks who are about to get out or just got out & are interested in a second career. Security clearance background check takes a lot less time that way, too, since most of the work is already done.

They got simple criteria u should have long ears so that you can hear they whole world and long nose so that u can stick it in everyone matter and also smell danger from the distance and you should eyes of eagle so that you can see your enemy before it attacks you and you should have long legs so that you can run smoothly when u hear about osama.
