Get really drunk then make tottally inappropriate comments during the speaches. Don't start to scream until a group of the brides parents friends reasonably offer to pay for a cab so you can leave. At that stage rise to your feet and start the shrill invective with "Oh no, I'm not going 'till...."
Return to the venue as the bride and groom leave, vomit between them and the limo with lots of finger pointing and statements of "YOU WILL NEVER KNOW". Plan B is to make a feeble excuse and not go.
