that's what feedbacks are for. before purchasing anything, u must check their feedback to see if they're a reputable seller.

ebay can't give you the item, they are simply the middleman between the seller and buyer.

have u tried contacting the seller? send a follow-up email and tell them your concerns. ebay works in a trust system. buying something online from regular people like you is the risk you have to take. if u paid through paypal, you may file a complaint through them. file one too through ebay.

Alert eBay that this seller did not send what was promised and eBay will deal with the seller. My uncle paid for a set of golf clubs on ebay and never got them. He alerted ebay with the name of the seller and ebay found out that the "seller" had been selling a nonexistent golf bag for a month.

If you payed with paypal, they can open a dispute and try to get your money for you. Sometimes you can purchase an insurance that ebay offers for different items and you are guaranteed your product or money.

you're making the sellers offended, they furnish you with adverse ratings and report you to Ebay. adverse factors signifies that different sellers have the alternative of no longer promoting to you in case you bid on something. Do it sufficient time and also you would possibly want to get suspended or banned. i might want to ascertain Ebays TOS (words of service) before I do something like reneging on your contract. it is truly no longer too quick.
