Eat late at night. Your body doesn't do any work, so the calories get stored. Also, eat high calorie foods with low water density- you need more to feel physically full and will eat more of it (brownies, ice cream, chocolate, candy, chips, nuts, whole milk etc.)

Well I used to wrestle heavy weight in high school so gainging weight was not a problem. But my friends wrestled light weight and were bumped up a weight class for the rest of the season and one thing they did was eat peanut butter and thing high in protein.

at first you must know what is weight,weight is combination of muscle,fat and bone.of these three you can just add fat at a fast pace by drinking sugary drinks or eating fatty foods,but gaining muscle needed time and you must work at it and you cant do much about bones but if you are teenager or younger ,exercise can be very helpful.

think of something very sad, sit on your *** all day, eat to stop the crying-works like a charm, or you could start eating blood,cheese and eggs-also very good for turning into muscle! :)

Have a milkshake with every meal and work out with weights. The added muscle weights more than fat.

feast on chocolates,cakes and pizza everyday with coke...and just sit on the couch, watch tv and dont get up unless going to the loo.
