LOL, I only had a cup of coffee so far and think it's time for another one soon.
When you are in school (and all your life) a healthy breakfast is the most important meal of the day so I'm not a good example. Hope writing this food diary makes you think about what you eat and let you change your eating habits :) Wish someone had made me think about that before I got old :).
Maybe I'll skip the coffee and make myself a big healthy breakfast instead.

You do realize, I hope, that the point of the assignment is for you to think about what it is YOU eat. Even if you forgot to do the diary, surely you could think for a few minutes and make up something that resembles what you typically eat each day.

Just got done with the bacon, and right now the mashed potato patties frying, then it's going to be three eggs steamed and a glass of 2% milk....course, I haven't eaten in 18 hours.

Coffee & biscuits (2) for brekkie, meat pie & tomato sauce for lunch plus coke & Tim Tam, Probably a sandwich for dinner. think I better have an apple too!.

1 kiwi fruit
1 orange juice and some biscuits
2 muffins
I ice cream
Some quiche for dinner and 2 glasses of orange juice
