This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard? I'm not sure of the specifics, but it's something along the lines of gays trying to start gay history month in schools in philadelphia. That is so HILARIOUS!

you guys are so right. It's just celebrating unnatural sex. My friend's a lesbian and it pisses her off because she just wants to live her life normally and she hates how all these people have to ram who they screw into everyone's faces. It's sick. I'm waiting for incest month to occur lol

I'm cracking up laughing at the whole 2 people who think it's a good idea! So if the ACLU can push it so you're allowed to screw and marry your horse, we should have horse f***ing day at school. Why should who you're gonna unnaturally screw be taught for a month in school??????

Gay history? What the hell is gay history? Learning about famous gay ppl? It's like that episode of south park where everyone goes metro sexual, or that other episode where they start a dead fetus on the head month for the school nurse. It is ridiculous. I am in no way anti-gay but come on.

Are all you people in Philadelphia that "ignorant"? LGBT History Month has been around since 1994. Its NOT a new thing like you are all acting as it is. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!! It started with a Missouri High School teacher named Rodney Wilson who started a "drive" to make gays aware that they had a past with a common thread. "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness"

Next time instead of bashing people and putting them down and looking like an ignorant a** do some research and GROW UP!!!!

If they promit that they should promit praying on school propertity. Such as sporting events, lunch rooms, meetings, and so on. The Bible talks against homosexuals in 1 Corinthians 6:9 and 5:11

Gays and Lesbians deserve the same rights as everyone else. At the same time, it seems kinda silly.

I agree. If they want to be tolerated, they should stop ramming their culture and sexuality down people's throats; it makes them appear too gawdy, unrefined, and overly high-profile. How will people understand and tolerate this type of behavior? Part of the reason why the gay community is looked down upon in America is because they keep focusing on how people should embrace their sexuality, and not enough on mending their stereotype as promiscuous and STD-ridden. The best thing to do is to set an example for society, instead of discussing their drag shows and tacky parade floats.

If that passes it will be an injustice. There should be no celebratory days weeks or months dedicated to sexual preference of any type. It's hard enough trying to keep the kids from having sex as it is with out glorifying it as having some special historical value.

Sounds like gay pride - over the top and designed to be in peoples' faces.

Your country has some weird gay rights. It's either gay people trying to get it into schools or PC obsessives trying to please everyone.

I tell ya, I haven't heard anything like that since I heard that they were trying to Biblical creation 'theory' taught in science.

I think it is sick! With so many important things kids need to learn while in school, this is not one worthy of a day, let alone a month. Our country is going to hell in a handbasket.
