What is the site of the largest pyramid in the world. and how big is it

Cholula in Mexico.

Wikipedia gives these dimensions for it:
Base 450 by 450 m (1476x1476 ft)
height 66 m (217 ft)
total volume 4.45 million m³

They give these original dimensions for the Great Pyramid:
base 231 m/side
height: 146.6 metres/481 feet
volume: 2.6 million cubic metres

So if you mean overall big, it's Cholula. If you mean tall, it's Giza.

EDIT: neither pyramid is mostly underground "like an iceberg"

Egypt I think--- they do have pyramids in Mexico too, but not as BigI think it is at least 5 stories( that's only a guess. I do know that like an Ice-burg there is more under ground than on top.
