First of all you can not tell if a guy is being honest or not in a chat, It is very easy to lie in a chat. Second you can not make anyone do anything specially in a chat. Only thing you can do if you think a guy is not being honest is to call him on it and let him know you know he is not being honest or just do not talk to that guy.
Just a note not all guys lie in chats. And girls can lie just as much as guys in chats. it is very easy to lie in a chat.

Be truthful and try to 'sound' harsh online. Not harsh, but be more in control. It will be hard at first, try to keep track of what he says. Try to repeat the questions in the future when u think he doesnt remember, and compare his answers. Just make sure the questions are not too seasonal. And play hard to get.eventaully u'll get ur way and get the facts out of him.

NO WAY, A MAJORITY OF THEM WILL NEVER DO UNTIL ITS TOO LATE OR MAYBE IF YOU ASK THEM TO SEE YOU IN PERSON BUT JUST LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE ALWAYS BE WARY OF PEOPLE YOU MEET IN THE INTERNET!
