in a mercedes,(THANK GOD)IN hotel transfer CAR in naples,IT tryed to overtake a bus at 70mph+(had asked to slow up)hit it resulting in an awful accident,two weeks on seatbelt injuries are agony,cant move,but no bones broke,saves lives but why in the quick ,spin crash,turn,what ever does it do to your chest and neck?any idears

Regardless off the seatbelt, you've slowed from 70mph to stop really quickly, pulling some jet fighter type G forces. They are a crush injury. Lots of bruises inside and out as well as the organs banging around.

The seat belt bruises are nothing compared t going thru a windsheild and being launched on to the pavement.
