Get in touch with the absolute best hobby supply company in your area.....
Say ...a Hobby Lobby or MIchael's etc
They usually have a stained glass section with an enormous selection of colored and stained glass panels in various sizes to supply the folks who are REALLY into the stained glass art thing !! Hope this helps

You could try a glaziers. Or you could try reclamation yard for old pieces of coloured glass (often with interesting textures). It depends what you want to do with it! You can also get sheets of coloured plastic which will stick to glass from art and craft shops.

Yellow pages or similar. Find a local glass merchant (glazier), smaller local businesses should be able to find or make whatever you're after.

I have no idea idea where you live but their is a chain of large Craft stores named Michael's. I know for sure they have what you are looking for.
I would thing any large craft store, or maybe a hobby shop, would have it.
